The client wanted to bring their existing website into the 21st century with a variety of web 2.0 features and facilities potential buyers and tenants could easily use. In the process they also needed a comprehensive CMS (Content Management System) to administer not only properties for sale and rent but also applicants and their property alerts.

The site includes an automated Property Alerts feature, a shopping basket style Property Folder and an advanced search facility which populates a Google Map with locations and descriptions of properties users query for. The site is also linked to Primelocation for realtime XML feeds of all their properties.
